CPS/IPS members (above 65 years age): Free but mandatory registration (not valid for On-Spot).

Terms & Conditions:
  • Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, trade exhibition, conference lunches, Inaugural dinner, Conference kit and Banquets.
  • Organizing Committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
  • Delegates will have the right to request exhibitors to OPT OUT of future contact at any time, and that request will be honored.
  • Delegate Kits for on-spot registration will be provided subject to availability.

 

Cancellation Policy:
  • 100% Refund - the congress secretariat must receive a notification of cancellation in writing at least 30 days before the event. This will entitle the delegate to a 100% refund less 18% GST .
  • No Refund - 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event date.
